Mon–Fri 9am–6pm · Saturday by appointment. Bookings outside these hours can be arranged by phone, subject to nurse availability.
What happens after you book
A confirmed booking is a held time, not a confirmed treatment — suitability is decided by your nurse in person.
Confirmation
You receive an email confirming the service, date and time you selected, along with the address we have on file.
Arrival window
We contact you to confirm an arrival window and check access. Reply with anything unusual about parking, gates or sign-in.
Health assessment
Your nurse reviews your history, medications and observations on arrival and confirms whether treatment is appropriate for you.
Treatment
With your consent, the infusion runs for roughly 45 to 60 minutes. Your nurse stays with you and talks through aftercare before leaving.
IV therapy carries risks including bruising, bleeding or infection at the cannula site, vein irritation, and, uncommonly, allergic reaction or fluid overload. It is not suitable for everyone. Your nurse may decline treatment following the health assessment, and a health professional's advice should be sought about your individual circumstances.
Booking for more than one person
Group sessions are booked by phone or email rather than through the calendar above, so we can allocate enough nurses and time to your address.
Discounts apply to the standard per-person price for all participants booked in a single appointment at one address, subject to health screening and nurse availability, and cannot be combined with other offers. Group discounts start at 3 people: 10% off per person for 3–4, 15% off for 5–9, and 20% off plus priority booking for 10 or more.

Appointments are available across Greater Brisbane. Check your suburb before booking if you are outside the inner ring.
Booking questions
How far ahead should I book?
The calendar shows live availability, so book whatever suits you. Saturdays, event weekends and group bookings fill earliest — give those as much notice as you can.
Can I change or cancel an appointment?
Yes. Use the link in your confirmation email, or call or text 0406 759 228. Please give as much notice as you can so the time can be offered to someone else — cancellation terms are set out in our terms of service.
What if I am not sure which drip to choose?
Book the option closest to what you are after, or call us first. Your nurse discusses the formulation with you at the health assessment and it can be changed then if something else is more appropriate.
Is the booking form secure?
The form above is hosted by Cliniko, the practice management system that holds our clinical records. Details you enter go directly to Cliniko rather than to this website. See our privacy policy for how your information is handled.
